Welcome to VBTG

Built in 1978, and named after the historic Grange manor, the Village by the Grange is a mixed-use development bringing together residences, retail establishments and restaurants, as well as the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD). Visitors and residents can access Village by the Grange from either McCaul Street or St. Patrick Street, at various secure entrances between Queen and Dundas. The 7 buildings of M.T.C.C. 607 all have spacious balconies or patios, and interior units face the beautifully landscaped courtyard, which provides access to the outdoor pool and recreation centre.

Village by the Grange brings together a diverse community of residents, tenants and daily visitors. Residents are within a short walking distance of the world-renowned Art Gallery of Toronto, charming Grange Park, quaint Baldwin Street, vibrant Queen Street West, Chinatown, and many other major Toronto destinations and landmarks.

Living at Village by the Grange

Home ownership and rental is an exciting and rewarding experience. We would also like to emphasize, however, that it is also an ongoing responsibility. Your home requires some effort on your part and by taking the time to properly care for this major asset, it will continue to look its best for many years to come.

The following sections have been designed to answer the questions you may have regarding maintenance and other items of interest and concern. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the management office.
